Goal: Promote the drop of MLB-only collection of Clean Up and MVP hats inspired by farm life and produce.
Role: Graphic Designer, Art Direction
Outcome: One of our most successful summer styles really had a chance to bloom. Fans of different teams really resonated and called of more styles to be released.
Past Champs Collection
Goal: Highlighting past champions from MLB’s past, I was tasked to show case these vintage styles in a clean and compelling way.
Role: Graphic Designer
Outcome: Established an overarching “Past Champs” aesthetic that would be recognizable with different leagues. Resonated well with our fans.
All-Star Collection
Goal: MLB All-Stars collection featured Player Names representing each city where they play. It was my job to show off the city and unique style of the hat.
Role: Graphic Designer
Outcome: We rolled out only the first five styles but the second five styles cut due to delivery timelines.
Hot Market Playoff Push
Goal: A clean and repeatable layout. These were known as “hot market” drops and therefore needed to have multiple versions for multiple teams available when a team would advance or win a championship. This would span all the major sports leagues. Time sensitive and tedious in its nature.
Role: Graphic Designer
Outcome: This resonated with our fans and created an elevated and more sophisticated look to an important post.
Throwback Thursday
Goal: Promote vintage and nostalgic logos at a discount. This was an experiment to test engagement.
Role: Graphic Designer
Outcome: Fans definitely caught on to the hype and it became a successful concept for during the summer season.
